Remote Assistance
Our remote support is a web-based service that enables our support staff to resolve your technical issues using screen sharing, mouse and keyboard control and other tools. After you login, using your name and 9-digit key code, a live remote support session begins.
Our remote service is secure, using fully encrypted end-to-end, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and 128-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) encryption combined with RSA public/private key encryption.
